 There is a major issue going on with climate change, which is caused by various human actions that release greenhouse gases. The greenhouse gases that have been released into the atmosphere due to human activities are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and fluorinated gases. Some of these gases have a short lifetime in the atmosphere so they don't accumulate that much, but the ones that do accumulate for decades and even centuries are carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. These greenhouse gases are also the cause for global warming, which is not the same as climate change. Climate change and global warming both deal with the atmosphere but climate change goes beyond just the temperature and also looks at the changes in sea levels and weather patterns.  Climate change has a major effect on different ecosystems, mainly the Arctic and the Ocean. Healthcare In The United States

The Healthcare system is put in place for people to have access to doctors and clinics when they feel ill or are injured. Here in the United States we can see that Healthcare is not something that is simply provided to us by the government, but is actually a privilege to have considering its high costs. The cost to keep medical insurance in 2022 was roughly around $438 per month, which is a lot when you consider other bills such as rent, water and power, etc. Although the cost for health insurance is high, it does not mean you will be provided with the highest quality of medical help. Certain health insurances don't cover everything that is done in a hospital or clinic, which leads some people to fear going bankrupt because of the high price and the possibility of having to pay for something that their insurance doesn't cover. Welcome

 There are many important social issues that play a major role in politics. Some of these social issues consist of homelessness, climate change, racial discrimination, etc. These issues are some that you will hear political parties focus on, but there is not much that has been done to combat these issues. Social issues is something I decided to talk about because there are not many decisions being made on how to solve these injustices. There have been some people that you can see on social media doing good deeds for those in need, but it is also up to the government to take action and find a solution for their citizens. By starting this blog I hope to inform people of the social issues in our current world, and ways to combat these issues.
